A low, wide waterfall beside the Chocolate Hills road, an easy swimming stop between Loboc and Carmen.
Pangas Falls sits in the uplands between Bilar town and the Chocolate Hills, off the main tour-van circuit. It is low rather than dramatic, but the flat rock and the big pool below make it a favourite swimming and picnic stop for locals, with picnic tables and space to spread out. A flight of steep steps leads down from the roadside; beyond the falls are more photogenic river pools upstream.
