Tanawan Falls in Dingalan, Aurora

A small waterfall in the Sierra Madre foothills above Dingalan, reached by a short trail from town.

Tanawan Falls is a compact waterfall in Barangay Tanawan, just above the town of Dingalan on Aurora's eastern coast. A short, uphill trail leads from the village into the forest of the Sierra Madre to a multi-tiered cascade and a deep, cold basin where visitors can swim. The flow is strongest in the wet season and can thin out in the drier months, so the falls are usually visited as a side trip alongside the Dingalan lighthouse, view deck, and rock formations.
