Negros Island Region
Waterfalls in Negros Oriental
Negros Oriental occupies the eastern half of Negros Island, with Dumaguete as the capital and Valencia as the base for the falls. Our coverage includes Casaroro Falls, Pulangbato Falls and Niludhan Falls, all on the slopes of the Cuernos de Negros. Casaroro is the best known, with a steep staircase and a gorge setting, while Pulangbato is easier and warmer. The area is also a base for Apo Island diving and geothermal walks. Trails can be slippery, and the dry season is the most comfortable time to visit.
